We are now accepting entries for our All New
People’s Poetry Association 2007 Desktop Edition Anthology.


We are offering a beautifully crafted volume of only the Finest New Poems of 2007. This stunning work will make a great gift or addition to your own collection. An entirely original work, our anthology will be filled with original poems by new artists which will be complimented with quality graphics and artworks.


We are not a ‘generic everyone is published’ organization. We are seeking true talent and carefully review each entry submitted. If your entry is accepted for the anthology you will have the distinct pleasure of seeing your work in print by a prestigious organization. Our goal is to offer the world a chance to be introduced to a whole new generation of poets.


We offer a Grand Prize of $500! First Place winner will receive $100 and the Second Place winner will receive $50. All other winners will have the pleasure of seeing their works published in our anthology. Only 10% of entries will be selected for publication. You will be able to take pride in the fact that your work was chosen by the People’s Poetry Association!!


You don’t have to be a professional poet to enter. You don’t have to have any previously published works. All you need is a belief in yourself!


AND there are no entry fees, no costs, and nothing to buy in order to enter.


So, send us your work now to be considered for publication! We must receive your entries no later than Mar 1st, 2007 as publication is slated for July 2007! Don’t wait or you may miss out! Simply follow the simple guidelines listed below carefully. We look forward to reading your poetry soon.

GuideLines

Please follow carefully:

* Number of Entries: You may send up to 6 ORIGINAL, UNPUBLISHED poems.

* Theme: There are four categories PLEASE NOTE WHICH CATEGORY ENTRY IS BEING ENTERED INTO • The categories are:

1. Love / Life
2. Surreal / Abstract
3. Inspirational / Religious
4. Spiritual / Metaphysical

You decide which category best fits your entry.

* Form: Any form, traditional or modern, is acceptable.

* Typed • we require that your poems are typed. With the number of entries received we cannot possibly take the time to try to read handwritten works.

* Keep copies • While we retain the right to use your works in this publication and any future publications and/or prints that we choose to do, royalty free • you retain the copyrights, the works are your property and you may republish them in any way you wish. If we do print your works you will always be given full acknowledgements and credits.

* Deadline: We will be accepting poems for our all new People’s Poetry Association 2007 Desktop Anthology from Nov. 15 2006 thru Mar. 1st 2007. All participants will be notified of their status no later than April 1st 2007. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered for this publication however late entries may be considered for future publications / works.

* Your NAME, ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER as well as CATEGORY ENTERED must be clearly labeled at the top of each page of your entry. An email address is nice but is not required.

* Entries may be submitted by email or attachment on line • send to PeoplesPoetry@msn.com Entries must be sent no later than Mar. 1, 2007 to be considered for our 2007 publication.
