Immediate opening in Small family owned and operated USDA slaughterhouse. Duties to include 2-4 days slaughter floor and 2-4 days cutting room. Knife experience neccessary, kill floor experience helpfull. 40+ hrs, wages DOE, Holiday & Bonus. Must be hard worker, team player, quick hands and able to work under the stresses of USDA inspector.
